There are 2 types of user roles in Briq: Super Admin and Team Member.
- Super admins have access to all Briq features – they can create missions for their teammates, add items to the Bootiq, manage teams, members list and permissions. They basically rule their company's Briq account. 😉
- Team members, even though they don't have admin permissions, are the core of the company and of our system. Without them, Briq wouldn't exist.
You can easily change a user role from the Members section of your admin space. To do so, click on the edit symbol on the right.
Beside these 2 roles, we implemented the notion of Team Leaders. This in-between status enables you to give more permissions to team members within a specific team.
In fact, for each team created in your Briq account, you can set teams leaders. Therefore, a team can have several teams leaders and a user can be team leader of several teams at the same time.
Team Leaders default permissions can be configured in your organisation parameters – these parameters will be applied to all team leaders. However, these permissions can also be customised for each team when editing them in order to give them more or less access to the different features.
